Your Baby
At 6 weeks pregnant your baby is still very small and looks like a mini-tadpole. She is only about 4 millimeters long although a lot is happening to her. Her eyes, ears and mouth have began to form and the brain will be forming into three distinct parts and her heart is beating and pumping blood around the rest of her body.
The kidneys and liver have also started to develop and her neural tube that connects the brain to the spinal cord has closed.
